Player Cognitive Training
Brain Gym is an amazing new off-ice training tool that enhances players' cognitive performance through a series of drills that develop in athletes:

Goalie Cognitive Training
Brain Gym is particularly great for goalies given the unique demands on our position. The cognitive, off-ice training tool really improves goalies' performance through a series of drills that develop in athletes:
